What does Plens require?
Plens runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Recording requires camera and microphone access. Saving a recap requires photo library access.
Where are my tasks and videos?
They are stored on your iPhone. Deleting the app also removes its local data unless it is restored from an Apple-managed device backup.
Why can’t I record?
Open iOS Settings, find Plens, and allow Camera and Microphone access. Then return to the task and try again.
How do reminders work?
Enable notifications when Plens asks. You can review or change the permission later in iOS Settings under Notifications.
How do I report a problem?
